This was my very first class. it exceeded any expectations. It was a very natural and smooth process with grace in learning. The support and patience of each person made the experience that much more phenomenal. I feel at home with this group. There are no nerves or anxiety when I am with this group. Only bliss, inspiration, and courage to be your true self. The changes I need to make in my life are clear. I truly believe I can be my highest, true authentic self by continuing this work daily. Thank you, again for a wonderful class!
